Montagnerot has belonged to the Baudouin family since 1899. Sophie's great-grandparents and then grandparents lived there their entire lives, making the house a true family heartland. When the question of its future arose, the decision was simple: preserve the house and keep it alive. After two years of renovations carried out by the family, Montagnerot opened its doors to welcome new memories.

In Montagnerot, the days are gentle: a coffee in the kitchen, lunch under the trees, a swim in the pool, an aperitif that lingers over a game of pétanque… The garden, lovingly tended by Olivier, surrounds the house and invites you to enjoy the outdoors. In winter, the fireplaces take over, extending the evenings.

Between nature walks, farmers' markets, vineyard visits, and explorations of local heritage, the surrounding area offers wonderful excursions before returning to relax at home.
